1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included
- Have no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please:
- Contact our customer service via email at support@ancestra.online within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Wait for our team to approve your return request and provide a return shipping label (if applicable), along with return instructions
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days
- The refund will cover the product price only (unless otherwise stated)
- Original and return shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (see below)
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- An incorrect item was sent due to our error
In these situations, we will cover all return shipping costs.
