1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included
  • Have no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please:

  1. Contact our customer service via email at support@ancestra.online within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Wait for our team to approve your return request and provide a return shipping label (if applicable), along with return instructions

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days
  • The refund will cover the product price only (unless otherwise stated)
  • Original and return shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (see below)

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • An incorrect item was sent due to our error

In these situations, we will cover all return shipping costs.
