Terms of purchase
These terms and conditions of sale are entered into on one side by the company ZAYEN LTD, owner of the store ancestra.online, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and on the other side, by any consumer and non-professional buyer, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer", wishing to purchase the products offered for sale by the Seller (the "Product").
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between the Seller and the Buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the Website. These conditions specify the order, payment, delivery, and return procedures of the Products.
Purchasing a product through the Website implies the unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of these terms and conditions of sale, of which they acknowledge having taken knowledge before placing the order.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCT
The Products offered are those listed on the Seller’s Website, within the limits of available stocks. The Seller reserves the right to modify the range of Products at any time.
Information and photographs of Products are provided as faithfully as possible. However, they do not have contractual value and do not engage the responsibility of the Seller.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Prices listed on the Website are in British Pounds Sterling (£), all taxes included. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price on the Website the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.
Delivery charges are specified at the time of order finalization.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
To place an order, the Buyer must:
- Select the desired Product(s) and add them to the cart.
- Review the cart and confirm the order.
- Enter personal information and choose the delivery method.
- Finalize the order by making the payment.
The sale is considered concluded once the order is validated by the Seller and a confirmation is sent by email to the Buyer.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Accepted payment methods via Shopify Payments are:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue)
- Apple Pay
In case of late payment, late penalties at a rate of 10% will be applied.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Products are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after the order is received. Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 14 days, depending on the destination.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of order and only within the agreed geographical area. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. In case of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Buyer may cancel the order by written request.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the Buyer has 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel the order without giving a reason. The Buyer must notify the Seller within this period and return the items within 14 days after notification.
The Seller will refund the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra delivery charges for faster shipping).
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES
The Products sold come with statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures that goods are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

ARTICLE 9 – SELLER’S LIABILITY
The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the Product is delivered or in case of misuse of the Product by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Website remain the intellectual property of the Seller. Any partial or total reproduction is prohibited.
ARTICLE 11 – DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the UK GDPR, the Buyer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data. To exercise this right, the Buyer can contact customer service by email at support@ancestra.online.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by the law of England and Wales. In case of dispute, and after failure to find an amicable solution, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
